If you register for this account, your information could also be shared with our partner organisations: Business Gateway, Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Development International, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and South of Scotland Enterprise. The privacy notice shows how we will use this information.

You must treat any chosen password, user identification code or any other piece of information requires as part of the security procedures for your account as confidential and must not share such details with any third party. We reserve the right to suspend any account at any time if, in our opinion, either these terms of use have not been followed or a third party has gained unauthorised access to your account.
In order to comply with UK government Sanctions legislation and Scottish Government guidance in relation to trading with Russia, Scottish Enterprise will carry out sanctions checks on you and the organisation which you represent and may ask you about the nature of your and your organisation’s trading and/or investment links with Russia and Belarus. Failure to meet our requirements, respond or provide the information requested will result in your access being suspended.
